Miura were engaged from inception to completion on this rooftop, airspace development that was a design and build contract.

The contract involves the development of new flats through a rooftop development to add 5 flats to the site, all of which are owned by the client.

As with most rooftop developments, the loadings of the new dwellings onto the old structure add technical complexities which needed to be considered and carefully designed and Miura worked closely on the technical development with the appointed Structural engineers.
