Miura were appointed by a private client to design a scheme to enhance an existing prominent corner site in Dulwich, London. Responding to the pattern and character of the adjacent building, a stepped scheme saw Miura gain permission for an A3 (restaurant) use on ground floor with 5 apartments above, providing roof terraces for future residents to enjoy.
