Our client brief was to improve the existing internal accommodation by reconfiguring the layout and by increasing the internal floor area and applying for planning permission for a new apartment.

The Design Response

We obtained planning permission to extend and alter the rear elevation of the property and incorporate a new balcony overlooking The Solent which incorporated working closely with the client to source a selection of stunning fabrics, materials, fixtures and fittings to complete the finished look.
