This project involved the extension and complete refurbishment of a detached single storey property in Hayling Island, Hampshire. Our client wanted to make significant alterations to the property to create a generous open plan kitchen / dining area and add an additional floor. This space was to be modern in finish and feel and had to complement the existing property. Large bi-folding glass doors open onto a decked area to the rear.
